Applicants can download the advertisement and application form format from the district website www.jashpur.nic.in on the basis of advertisement published in the newspaper.
Applications in the prescribed format are invited through registered post/speed post on 6/11/2023 till 05 pm. Location – Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District-Jashpur (Chhattisgarh) Pin Code – 496331. . Apart from this, applications will not be accepted through any other means. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted.
