Phase 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) :-

वजन कम किए बिना एक मौके में 2 मिनट में 100 मीटर की दूरी के लिए 35 किलोग्राम वजन उठाने और लाने में सक्षम होना चाहिए; और एक बार में 4 मिनट और 15 सेकंड में 1000 मीटर दौड़ने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

Should be able to pick up and carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down; and Should be able to run 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.
